"Snow Cake"
I wanted a dessert that looked wintery. Something that reminded you of snow. So I made this coconut cream cake. My boys enjoyed sprinkling the "snow" on top : ) I just used a white cake mix and baked it as per the box directions. Then after the cakes had baked and cooled I poked them full of holes and poured a mixture of sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk over them. They sat and soaked in the refrigerator for a few hours. I frosted them with a mixture of whipped topping and coconut milk and sprinkled coconut on top. Easy! A perfect Snow Cake for any wintery celebration : )

Yummy! Looks good. :)
oh wow, that sounds so GOOD. My grandma made a coconut cake every Christams, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't soaked in luscious milks :)
