No Shampoo!

I've heard of many ladies trying a no-poo cleanser for their hair.  I was intrigued because my hair is so long and my scalp so sensitive and dry.  I have to use huge amounts of shampoo to get my hair clean and then even more conditioner to keep it manageable.  My mother-in-law just gave me some WEN cleansing conditioner.  It's an expensive alternative to the simple vinegar and honey rinses that I've read about online, but since I had it, I finally made a step in the no-poo direction!

So, I don't know if you can see any difference, but I can feel it!  It worked even better then I'd imagined in would and my hair is so silky-soft that I'm not afraid of it anymore ; )  It's so manageable - easy to comb and put up - such a relief to have hair that is not a trial every morning to do!  It feels nice and clean, looks healthy, and stays looking better longer...thank you Chaz Dean for transforming my hair care routine!!!

Oh my goodness! I can see the difference! Your hair looks silkier, and shinier, and healthier altogether. You know,i might have to try it. My hair is naturally curly, and dry. You look beautiful as always. :)

I gave up shampoo and conditioner two years ago. I also have long hair, past my waist, and it is extremely thick. It's just too much of a hassle to have to wash regularly.

It took me about six weeks of going without shampoo before the oils in my scalp adjusted and now I could go a month or longer without even doing a baking soda scrub or vinegar rinse on my hair. It's amazing.

Saves a lot of money on hair care products too :)

You look very pretty in both photos..But, so proud you see such a big difference..Having manageable hair, sure makes the dressing easier..
SO nice of your mother in law to give this to you.. I have heard of it,and everyone is saying how wonderful it is..
Have a great day.

Yup, I think I can see the difference. I remember you struggling with your hair in your early teens. So happy for you! :) I think shampoo is a detergent. I could be wrong. So far it works well at getting my hair clean. :)

Yes I can see the difference too! It's looks shinier and healthier for sure. I have found this to be true with my curly hair as well. It feels and looks healthier now that I switched to a shampoo with no yucky stuff like parathens and sulfates.

I was using WEN (which I really like) then I switched to VO5 clarifying conditioner (the Kiwi one) and I find it is a close second. I use quite a bit each time and go thru it quickly but the cost savings is tremendous. Just thought I would share that info : )
